Bourgogne blanc Retour des Flandres AC Bourgogne 0.75L

A Bourgogne blanc with a clear line: Domaine Régnard, rooted in Chablis and Burgundy for decades, vinifies this Chardonnay with a focus on freshness and drinkability. The name "Retour des Flandres" carries tradition in its luggage — it refers to the historical trade routes through which Burgundian wine once reached the north of Europe.

In the glass, it shows a bright golden yellow. The nose offers ripe pear, a hint of white peach, and a subtle limestone minerality that is typical for the Bourgogne appellation. On the palate, it presents itself medium-weight with lively acidity that keeps the wine taut and fresh. The finish is clean, with a light citrus echo.

Well-chilled to 10–12 °C, it makes a good companion as an uncomplicated partner to goat cheese, grilled sea bass, or a classic poulet rôti. It also works perfectly as an aperitif on a warm evening.
