Terrazas del Norte

The Ojo de Ibiza Terrazas del Norte is one of Spain's most exceptional red wines – a handcrafted, extremely limited wine from Dieter Meier & Family Wines, produced on the wild, ancient terraced vineyards high above the Mediterranean Sea in Ibiza . On barren limestone soils, battered by sun and sea winds, Cabernet Sauvignon, Monastrell, and Syrah grapes thrive, resulting in a mystical, spiritual vinification.

In the glass, it displays a deep, almost opaque ruby red . The nose unfolds aromas of blackberry, eucalyptus, mint, toasted wood, and dark chocolate , accompanied by balsamic notes and subtle Mediterranean spice. On the palate, it is concentrated, complex, and distinctive, with firm, ripe tannins, a warm, smooth texture, and a long, profound finish.

Matured for 24 months in French oak barrels , this wine is served at approximately 14.5% ABV, ideally at 16–18°C . It pairs perfectly with lamb, game, and aged cheeses. A wine that captures the magic of Ibiza in a glass – unusual, surprising, and distinctive.
