A total of 27 different herbs and spices, including lemon, lemon balm, and peppermint flavors, vanilla, myrrh, mace, nutmeg, coriander, saffron, and tea, give this amber-colored liqueur its distinctive taste. While enthusiasts enjoy it neat, it is also versatile in its uses. Benedictine DOM has gained international acclaim in fine dining and is particularly famous as an ingredient in the Singapore Sling, a cocktail dating back to 1937.
