Bayside fullmoon Luminous Gin GP 0.5L

Bayside fullmoon Luminous Gin is an Italian gin with a Mediterranean profile: juniper, sage and lemon lead, sea salt provides the counterpoint.

Bayside crafts it in small batches in Italy by hand and distills it multiple times. The botanicals have a clear origin: juniper from Tuscany, sage from Veneto, lemons from Sicily. Added to this are water from the Alps and Mediterranean sea salt flakes. The bottle does not require a label and glows on its own. According to the manufacturer, it is the first Luminous Gin in the world.

In the glass, you can expect resinous juniper, the herbaceous note of sage and fresh citrus fruit. The salt gives the finish a hint of coastal air. Recommendation: well chilled as a Gin and Tonic with lemon zest or a sage leaf, alternatively neat on ice. The glowing bottle makes a statement on the home bar or the table on a summer evening.
