Pago de la Jaraba is a modern winery in the heart of La Mancha, restructured in 2001. The name "Jaraba" comes from Arabic and means "land rich in water." The estate comprises 80 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of 750 meters, planted with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Graciano, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. In 2019, the estate was classified as "Vino de Pago," the highest Spanish wine quality level. In addition to wine, the estate also produces artisanal Manchego cheese and olive oil. Visitors are welcome by appointment – tours of the vineyards and cellars, as well as tastings, are available.
