The wine comes from the Côtes de Provence AOP and is produced as an organic wine. Its name refers to the Massif des Maures, the coastal mountain range in the hinterland of the Côte d'Azur. Cabernet Sauvignon is the focus as the grape variety, which gives the rosé structure and hold.

In the glass, you expect, as is typical for this style, red berries like strawberry and raspberry, plus a citrus freshness. The acidity is lively, the body lean, the finish dry and clear.

Serve it at 8–10 °C. It pairs well with Salade Niçoise, grilled sea bream, ratatouille, or tapenade on toasted bread and is also an uncomplicated aperitif for the terrace.
