The German fine fruit distillery Ziegler – founded in 1865 in Freudenberg am Main. Originally a brewery, the company remains rooted in this Baden-Württemberg town to this day. Ideal conditions: nutrient-rich soil, a mild climate, and locally grown fruit, which is handcrafted into exquisite distillates. Their product range includes brandies, fruit spirits, liqueurs, whiskies, and fruit vinegars. A true milestone: the Wild Cherry No. 1 – produced since the 1980s, it opened doors for the distillery to Michelin-starred restaurants.
