The estate focuses entirely on Burgundy varieties—Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir)—cultivating around 50 hectares of vineyards on unique volcanic and loess soils.
