Compañía Pisquera de Chile represents one of the most fascinating spirits in South America: Pisco – distilled from aromatic grapes that ripen in the dry valleys of northern Chile under the intense Andean sun.

What makes this distiller so special? A deep connection to Chilean tradition, combined with the ambition to make Pisco accessible beyond its homeland. The spirits impress with their fruity vibrancy, subtle spice, and a long, smooth finish – whether enjoyed neat or as the heart of a classic Pisco Sour.

About Compañía Pisquera de Chile

Compañía Pisquera de Chile —
Pisco tradition from Northern Chile

Compañía Pisquera de Chile is one of the defining names in the Chilean Pisco industry. Founded in 2005 as a joint venture, the company combines industrial reach with artisanal depth: the grapes grow in the Elqui Valley in Northern Chile, where dry climate, intense Andean sun, and barren soils ensure extraordinary aroma concentration.

Distillation is carried out from aromatic varieties such as Moscatel rosado, Moscatel de Austria, and Pedro Jiménez — all double-distilled to preserve fruitiness and spice. The Tres Erres brand stands for a tradition that dates back to 1928 and embodies the Elqui Valley as the origin of Chilean Pisco.

In the glass, ripe citrus fruit, a hint of white flowers, and a soft, slightly spicy length appear. Neat over ice, as the base of a classic Pisco Sour, or in a Chilcano with ginger beer — the brandies from the Elqui Valley fit into many glasses without losing their character.
