Pisco Control 43%

Control Pisco, Chile's leading Pisco producer, primarily uses Muscat grapes, which, strictly according to legal regulations, must originate from specific regions and high valleys north of Santiago de Chile (Copiapó, Huasco, Elqui, Limarí, and Choapa). The unique climatic conditions of this region, such as the warm, dry climate and stony soil, impart the grapes with their characteristic flavor. Only the finest grapes from these top vineyard sites are selected for the wines, which are then carefully distilled using a special process to produce Control Pisco. This process helps preserve the unique taste and quality of the Pisco.

Compañía Pisquera de Chile

Compañía Pisquera de Chile represents one of the most fascinating spirits in South America: Pisco – distilled from aromatic grapes that ripen in the dry valleys of northern Chile under the intense Andean sun.

What makes this distiller so special? A deep connection to Chilean tradition, combined with the ambition to make Pisco accessible beyond its homeland. The spirits impress with their fruity vibrancy, subtle spice, and a long, smooth finish – whether enjoyed neat or as the heart of a classic Pisco Sour.
