Château Hyot lies in the heart of the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux , on land steeped in history: here, in 1453, the Hundred Years' War between France and England came to an end. What was once a battlefield is today a vineyard with a distinctive character – right on the border of the Saint-Émilion appellation.

The Aubert family manages the estate with a focus on what makes the right bank so special: Merlot-driven wines with depth, soft tannins, and an elegance more commonly found in more expensive neighboring vineyards. This is no coincidence, as the soils share geological characteristics with those of Saint-Émilion – limestone, clay, and a natural freshness in the subsoil.
