Antica Torroneria Piemontese –
Five generations of confectionery from the Langhe

Antica Torroneria Piemontese dates back to Giuseppe Sebaste, who founded a small confectionery in the Langhe of Piedmont in 1885. Today, the family continues the craft in the fifth generation – with the same slow preparation methods that have distinguished torrone, tartufi dolci, and fine pastries for over 130 years.

At the center is the Nocciola Piemonte IGP, the protected Piedmontese hazelnut from the immediate vicinity. Its nutty-buttery-sweet aroma characterizes the chocolate truffles as well as the classic torrone – whether soft and creamy or crunchy-hard, always without shortcuts in production.

The products of Antica Torroneria are not a souvenir range, but the result of a philosophy that places craftsmanship and quality above efficiency. Anyone who knows and appreciates the cuisine of Piedmont will find sweets here that go just as well with a Barolo or Moscato d'Asti as they do on a cheese board at the end of a long evening.
