Behind the account icon at the top right, you will now find your personal area: orders, invoices, vouchers, bonus points, and account details all in one place. Clicking on your name in the greeting line at the very top will also take you there.

  • Overview. Your customer group with your discount and the amount missing until the next level. Below that, your latest invoices for download.
  • Orders. All orders with items and status. One click adds a wine or the entire order back to the shopping cart.
  • Vouchers. Your balance on gift vouchers, gifted vouchers with status, and your personal discount codes. You can have the voucher email resent to you at any time.
  • Bonus points. Our bonus system is new: For every euro of order value, you automatically receive one point; one point is worth 3 cents. You can see your balance in your account. You can redeem the points by checking a box in the shopping cart, starting from the first point and up to 30% of the order value. Points and discount codes cannot be combined; you decide with every order.
  • Profile and communication. Contact details and addresses at a glance, and you can set yourself which emails we send you.
