Where is my package? You can now see this directly in your account under „Orders“, without having to go through another page.

  • Progress at a glance. Shipped, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. If your package is going to a Packstation or branch, the card will also show „Ready for pickup“. You can see how far along it is via a small bar in the order overview.
  • The pickup deadline. If the package is waiting for you, it will show until when you can pick it up. DHL will send you the location and pickup code as usual.
  • The full history. One click shows all updates with timestamps, in easy-to-understand sentences. It also shows when we last checked.
  • For DHL packages. For other carriers, you will find the link to shipment tracking as before.
