The Zuger Etter Kirsch vieux & noble is a classic Swiss cherry brandy, dry and straightforward in style. It comes at 41% ABV in a 1.5-liter bottle, which is suitable for the shared table and for stocking up.

The Etter Söhne AG Distillerie Zug is one of the well-known names in Swiss fruit distilling, and Zuger Kirsch has a long tradition in Central Switzerland. The Kirsch vieux & noble stands for this clear, unadorned line.

On the nose, cherry and pit appear, along with the fine bitter almond note that connoisseurs appreciate in a good cherry brandy. On the palate, it remains dry, precise, and clear, without appearing sharp. The finish carries cherry fruit and warmth quietly forward.

Serve it neat at room temperature in a small glass, preferably at the end of a meal, with espresso, or with a piece of dark chocolate. A classic fondue can also be accompanied by a glass of Kirsch.
