Pinot Blanc quality wine, dry

Pinot Blanc quality wine, dry
A Pinot Blanc that makes no compromises: clear, herbaceous and fresh, with a minerality that lingers on the palate.
Pinot Blanc thrives in cool locations and deep soils — both of which noticeably shape this wine. The fruit remains precise, the body firm.
On the nose, apple, apricot, and a delicate floral note. On the palate, more character emerges: mirabelle plum meets herbal spice and a certain freshness that invigorates without being sharp. The body is firm with little creaminess—substance takes precedence over mere pleasantness. The finish offers minerality, a hint of salt, and ripe stone fruit that lingers for a while.
Serving suggestion: 10–12 °C. Pairs well with pan-fried pike-perch, asparagus dishes with herb butter, or young goat cheese. Also a good choice as an uncomplicated accompaniment to vegetable dishes with herbs.
