Viñedo Chadwick Maipo Valley

A dry Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maipo Valley in Chile that brings red fruit, herbal spice, and wood into an elegant balance. The valley stretches around Santiago de Chile to the foothills of the Andes and is considered the classic home of Chilean Cabernet wines. Viñedo Chadwick stands for a style here that focuses on freshness and clarity rather than power.

On the nose, the wine opens with red currants, fresh basil, and rose petals, accompanied by a hint of wood. On the palate, cassis and violets emerge, carried by a spicy note from the oak aging. The fruit remains clear, the freshness keeps the wine lively, and the structure appears elegant rather than powerful.

Decant it and serve it at 16 to 18 °C. It goes with grilled beef, lamb chops with rosemary and thyme, or an aged hard cheese. It also works well with grilled vegetables or on a long evening with friends at the table.
