Sauvignon Blanc Tradizionali Isonzo DOC

Sauvignon Blanc from Friuli that combines herbal freshness and depth: The Tradizionali from Lis Neris bears the Isonzo DOC designation of origin and is one of the wines with which the winery regularly achieves top marks in Gambero Rosso.

The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains on the lees for about six months, which gives it depth and structure without dampening the freshness.

In the glass, there are notes of freshly cut grass, herbs, and gooseberry, along with apricot and exotic fruits. On the palate, the wine is dry, juicy, and has a striking structure with a mineral pull. The finish is long and clear.

Serve it at 8 to 10 °C. It pairs well with grilled asparagus, fresh goat cheese, seafood, or fish with a herb crust, as well as with a risotto with green vegetables.
