The 2025 Sancerre Rosé AC from SA Bailly-Reverdy presents itself as a characterful Rosé from the Loire with clear origins and precise style. In the glass, it shows a luminous pink with a salmon-colored shimmer. The elegant bouquet is characterized by aromas of ripe raspberries, a hint of cherry, as well as fine hints of gooseberry. On the palate, the 2025 vintage impresses with a fresh, mineral-driven acidity structure, a juicy finish, and a balanced harmony between fruit and minerality. The fine structure gives the wine depth and finesse and underscores its independent character.
