Rothschild Baron Henri Médoc 0,75l 0.75L

An accessible Médoc from the house of Rothschild — with a clear Bordeaux signature and uncomplicated drinking pleasure. Merlot-dominant, dry, with soft contours.

Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A. is one of the most famous négociant houses in the Bordelais and has stood for the entire spectrum of the appellation for decades — from Mouton Cadet to the Grands Crus. The Baron Henri Médoc is their entry into the classic Médoc AOC: wines from the left bank of the Gironde, characterized by gravelly soils and the region's Atlantic climate.

A ruby red wine with violet reflections in the glass. On the nose, ripe blackberry and plum, underscored by a hint of black pepper and coffee bean. Medium body on the palate, soft tannins, mild spice on the finish — without rough edges, but with a clear regional imprint.

Good with pasta with meat sauce, grilled chicken, or a plate of charcuterie. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
