The Red Rock Terrace from Diamond Creek is a structured Napa Cabernet that brings together depth and freshness. If you like classic Cabernet Sauvignon from California, you will find a dry red wine with a clear origin here.

Diamond Creek Vineyards stands for single-vineyard wines in the Napa Valley. Red Rock Terrace grows on terraced slopes with reddish volcanic soils, which give the wine its structure and mineral character. It is aged in French oak, which adds complexity without masking the site-typicality.

On the nose, blackcurrant, dark cherry and blackberry meet fine herbs, cedar wood and mineral hints. On the palate, the wine feels focused and multi-layered, the tannins are ripe and finely integrated, the finish is long. Recommendation: Serve it at 16 to 18 °C, ideally with grilled entrecôte, braised lamb shoulder or aged hard cheese. A carafe beforehand gives it air.
