Prosecco Frizzante Brioso DOC

Frizzante made from Glera, the grape variety that makes up Prosecco: fresh, clear, and finely sparkling. The Prosecco Frizzante Brioso DOC comes from the area around Treviso and is intended as an uncomplicated companion for an aperitif and reception.

The Glera grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. After cold pre-clarification, the primary aromas are preserved. The second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank (Charmat method) with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. The result is a fruit-forward style without heaviness.

In the nose, green apple and grapefruit meet acacia and wisteria blossoms. On the palate, the dry Prosecco feels juicy, cool, and precise, with delicate spice and a fine finish. The perlage as a Frizzante is more subtle than with Spumante.

Serve it at 6–8 °C. It goes well as an aperitif, with antipasti, breadsticks with prosciutto, or light fish dishes and is suitable as a base for a Spritz.
