Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Brut Rosé »Sauvage« in gift packaging 0.75L

A rosé champagne that makes a statement just by its appearance: the scarlet robe in the glass announces what follows — intensity, character, and a depth of fruit that one rarely gets from paler rosés. The Piper-Heidsieck Brut Rosé »Sauvage« is not a restrained aperitif, but a champagne with attitude.

Piper-Heidsieck is one of the great houses of Champagne, founded in 1785 in Reims. The »Sauvage« is based on Pinot Noir — the main red grape variety of Champagne, which is responsible for structure, depth, and color intensity. With this cuvée, the house consciously focuses on expression rather than elegance in the classic sense.

On the nose, the wine opens with cassis, blackberry, and wild strawberries, complemented by ripe cherry. Added to this are a hint of paprika and saffron — a spicy line that gives the rosé its unmistakable character. On the palate, the Brut dosage is clear: dry, with lively acidity and a long, fruit-focused finish.

Serve it at 8–10 °C — as an accompaniment to salmon tartare, grilled prawns, or a strawberry dessert with black pepper. The gift packaging makes it an uncomplicated choice for special occasions.
