The Murelle Crème de Mûre from Védrenne is a blackberry liqueur from France with 15% ABV. It has an intense aroma of ripe blackberries and is just as suitable neat on ice as it is as an ingredient at the bar.

Védrenne uses 500 g of fruit per liqueur, plus eau-de-vie and crystal sugar, nothing more. The house sees its crèmes as a tool for bar professionals and relies on the intense power of fruit, which comes from many years of know-how. The name Crème de Nuits-Saint-Georges refers to its Burgundian origin.

In the glass, it shows a clear blackberry tone; on the palate, a fresh acidity carries the fruit and keeps the liqueur lean. The finish remains fruity and is pleasantly long. Serving temperature: well chilled or on ice. Poured with sparkling wine or white wine, it becomes a relative of the Kir; in a long drink, it goes well with gin or whisky and provides the classic blackberry note in a Bramble.
