Dry Sauvignon Blanc from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, California. It combines fresh citrus fruit with a soft, slightly creamy texture.

Merry Edwards is one of the most well-known names in the Russian River Valley. The winemaker built her winery there and is particularly known for her Pinot Noirs and her Sauvignon Blancs. The cool, fog-influenced climate of the appellation ensures that the grapes ripen slowly and retain their acidity.

In the glass, the wine shows a bright gold. In the nose, lime, ripe pear, and a hint of passion fruit meet white flowers. On the palate, lively acidity and a soft body are in good balance; the finish carries a mineral note.

We recommend it at about 8 to 10 °C. It pairs well with grilled shrimp, fresh goat cheese with fresh herbs, asparagus with vinaigrette, or a ceviche with lime.
