Mandrile Melis Praline senza liquore

Handmade chocolate pralines from Piedmont – alcohol-free, but with classic fillings from the northern Italian confectionery tradition. The Turin-based manufacturer Mandrile e Melis has relied on traditional artisanal recipes with regional ingredients for decades.

Each serving contains approximately five pralines in five varieties: Crème Caffè , Nougat Cream , White Nougat , Almond , and Nut . The shell of dark and milk chocolate yields to the bite, the filling is creamy without being too heavy – typically Piedmontese, with a finely balanced sweetness.

Perfect as a petit four after a meal, with espresso, or as a small gift. A dry Moscato d'Asti or a mild Amontillado pairs well with it.
