Mandrile Melis Praline a liquore

Mandrile e Melis from Piedmont has been producing confectionery specialties for generations, in the style of classic Piedmontese pastry traditions – handcrafted, without industrial shortcuts. These liqueur pralines are a typical example: thin-walled dark chocolate shells filled with real liquid liqueurs.

The range comprises five varieties: rum, cherry liqueur, limoncello, whiskey , and zabaglione . Each shell breaks with an audible crack—revealing a clear, aromatic filling. The rum offers dark molasses notes, the cherry liqueur fruity sweetness with a slight bitterness, and the limoncello fresh citrus notes. The zabaglione variety is reminiscent of the Piedmontese classic with Marsala and egg yolk.

Loosely packed, approximately five pieces of each variety. Perfect as the finale to a cheese course, with espresso, or as a small gift — also pairs well with a glass of Moscato d'Asti or a mature Amarone.
