Chapoutier is one of the most well-known houses of the northern Rhône, has been cultivating its vineyards biodynamically for decades, and is known for its consistent signature: terroir first, stylistics second. The »Invitare« stands for the accessible side of this house — a wine that needs no long explanations.

In the glass, it shows a golden yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it opens with pineapple, lychee, and ripe peach, plus acacia blossom and a hint of apricot. On the palate, it is round and full-bodied, the fruit remains present, and the finish carries a pleasant vanilla note. Not an edgy wine — rather soft and invitingly structured.

Served well-chilled at 10–12 °C, it pairs with creamy pasta dishes, roasted salmon with lemon butter, or a spicy Thai curry. It also makes a good impression as an aperitif on a warm evening.
