Villa Vallombrosa produces Les Terrasses Rouge, an approachable cuvée from the heart of Provence. The Côtes de Provence appellation stretches between Toulon and Fréjus on calcareous and schist soils—soils that give Cinsault its typical freshness and lightness, even in warm vintages.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby ​​red color. Cinsault offers aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and a hint of dried herbs—thyme, rosemary—like those found in the garrigue of Provence. The body is light, the tannins soft, and the finish pleasantly short and fresh.
