Les Preludes Pouilly Fuisse AOC

The grapes for the Les Sentinnelles Pouilly Fuissé grow not far from the town of Mâcon on the gentle slopes in this region. The soils contain a multitude of substrates, but are generally primarily calcareous. The incidence of light varies greatly depending on the local conditions.

Due to its minerality, this Pouilly Fuissé only develops its full aromas after approx. 3 years. Citrus fruits and exotic fruits in particular can be recognized. Fine vanilla and herbal notes round off the mineral character.
