Le Berteau comes from Univitis and carries the AOP Bordeaux, the home of Sauvignon Blanc on the Atlantic coast of France. There, the grape variety has always provided fresh, aromatic white wines. The 2024 vintage shows medium yellow in the glass with green reflections.

On the nose, ripe Granny Smith apples meet lively citrus notes. On the palate, the wine appears juicy and structured; the acidity carries it evenly into the lively finish.

Serve it at 10–12 °C. It pairs with light appetizers, fried fish, light meat, or braised vegetables, as well as with fresh goat cheese on baguette.
