A pink gin from Finland that eschews sweetness in favor of fruity freshness. The Kyrö Distillery from Isokyrö, Finland, is known for its rye-based craft – and this gin also reflects the distillery's characteristically dry style.
The nose offers distinct aromas of strawberry and rhubarb, underpinned by classic juniper. The color is achieved without artificial additives—the result is a pink gin that is fruity but not overly sweet. The finish is pleasantly dry with a subtle spiciness.
- Neat : well chilled, with an ice cube
- Tonic : It goes better with a mild, floral tonic than with bitter varieties — garnish with fresh strawberry or a rhubarb stick.

Kyrö Distillery comes from the heart of Finland – more precisely from Isokyrö, a small town in the province of Ostrobothnia. What began there as a group of friends enjoying rye whisky during a sauna evening has become one of the most exciting distilleries in Northern Europe.
What makes it special: Kyrö consistently uses Finnish rye – for their whisky as well as their gins. Napue Gin, for example, won the title of best contemporary gin in the world shortly after its launch. No coincidence, but the result of genuine passion for craftsmanship and homeland.
The bottles from Isokyrö tell stories of forests, frost, and a land that has found its own unique spirits identity. A must-see.
