In the heart of the Zug region, exceptional Swiss Single Malt Whiskys with an unmistakable character are created from local barley malt, pure spring water from the Höllgrotten in Baar, and carefully selected casks. For the coveted single-cask bottlings, only a few casks are selected whose individual aromatics are particularly convincing. Cask No. 116 was bottled unblended at a powerful 53.3% ABV, thereby preserving its full intensity and expressiveness. In the glass, the whisky presents itself as multi-layered and complex with harmoniously integrated fruit, elegant spice notes, fine wood hints, and impressive depth. On the palate, it is powerful yet balanced, accompanied by a pleasant creaminess and a long, sustainable finish. A rare rarity for lovers of authentic single-cask whiskies.
