The Duchess of Rooibos is a non-alcoholic interpretation of wine: a sparkling infusion of rooibos tea, refined with Chardonnay must from German cultivation. The structure and freshness of a white wine meet the warmth of a tea – unusual, but harmonious for anyone looking for something unique beyond grape juice and lemonade.

In the glass, it reveals a malty-sweet rooibos note, complemented by subtle vanilla and the citrus freshness of the Chardonnay. Fine perlage, a delicately creamy texture on the palate, and a slightly tart finish create an interplay of sweet and tart nuances.

Best served chilled at 6 to 8 °C – as a prelude to brunch, with light poultry, or as a non-alcoholic alternative to sparkling wine for social occasions.
