A dry white wine from Baden that hits the spot with freshness and fine structure: the Gutswein Blanc de Blancs from the Freiherr von Gleichenstein winery is made from Müller-Thurgau and classified as a Qualitätswein.

The winery is located in Baden, Germany's southernmost wine region, and works with organic certification. Müller-Thurgau is a traditional grape variety here, which in its basic quality stands primarily for lightness and drinkability.

In the glass, it shows a delicate light yellow. On the nose, tangerine, white blossoms, and juicy melon meet. On the palate, the wine appears light and lean; the fruit gains more depth through a noticeable minerality, and the acidity remains lively and well-integrated.

We recommend it well chilled at 8 to 10 °C. It fits as an aperitif, with salads, steamed vegetables, light fish dishes, or a snack with mild cheese, and it is suitable for sociable evenings on the terrace.
