Grappa di Barbaresco 42% vol Nebbiolo 0.5L

A grappa made from Nebbiolo pomace that shows the grape variety of Piedmont in distilled form. Angelo Gaja, one of the most famous names in Barbaresco, stands for wines with a clear signature. This grappa comes from the same environment and processes the grape skins of the region.

Nebbiolo brings aromas that are reflected in the distillate: rose petals, red berries and a fine spice. The texture is soft, the structure clear, the alcohol well integrated at 42% vol. The finish lingers long and lets the berry fruit fade away.

Serve it at 10 to 14 °C in a small tulip glass, neat and in small sips. It pairs as a classic digestif after a meal with game, truffle dishes or mature cheese, and it is suitable as a gift for anyone who appreciates Italian distillates.
