Behind the name is the house of Giuseppe Giusti, which is primarily known in Modena for its vinegar tradition. The region provides the framework for this vermouth, which is based on selected white wines. The recipe for the herbs and spices remains the house's craft; the manufacturer does not provide details on the aging process.

Wormwood, citrus peel, vanilla, and fine spices appear in the nose. On the palate, a pleasant sweetness meets subtle bitterness, accompanied by a multi-layered herbal spice.
