Whisky-honey liqueur from the Swabian Highlands: finch whisky meets local honey, bottled at 27% vol in a 0.5-liter bottle. A sweet liqueur where the whisky remains clearly perceptible.

The finch whisky distillery first prepares a honey solution and gently incorporates it into the whisky. The honey provides the sweetness, the whisky gives the liqueur backbone and character. It belongs to the distillery's FineSelection.

In the nose, vanilla and honey are at the forefront, accompanied by hints of pastry and biscuit. On the palate, the sweetness is finely tuned, the texture is round, and a vanilla note carries through to the finish.

Recommendation: neat or on ice as the conclusion to a convivial evening, best in a small tumbler. It also works as a companion to desserts like panna cotta or sponge cake, as an ingredient in warm drinks, or as a drop over vanilla ice cream.
