Filey Bay Moscatel Sherry Cask is a Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky where the cask influence is clearly the focus. The Moscatel sherry casks give the distillery's fruity house style additional depth, warm sweetness, and a finely spiced contour.

It is produced by Spirit of Yorkshire, the distillery on the coast of Yorkshire. It is bottled at 47.3% vol.

On the nose, light dried fruits, candied citrus notes, and a hint of cocoa appear alongside vanilla oak. On the palate, it appears round and dense: ripe fruit, caramel, plus a gentle, long-lasting finish. The freshness remains lively despite the sherry sweetness.
