It is distilled by Etter Söhne AG in Zug, a distillery known for its fruit brandies. The Williams pear is considered one of the most aromatic distilling pears, and that is exactly what this brandy relies on: the unadulterated character of the variety.

In the glass, there is juicy, ripe pear with a clear structure, without sweetness and without added notes. The palate is fresh and clean, the fruit concentrated, the finish long and accompanied by fine, variety-typical nuances.

Drink it neat at 14 to 16 °C from a small tulip glass, as a digestif after a meal, or with pear tart. The handy bottle size makes it a suitable gift for anyone who appreciates fruit brandy in its clearest form.
