Etter Mirabelle Swiss Mirabelle, 41% Vol. 0.7L

The Etter Mirabelle is a classic Swiss fruit brandy: clear, fruit-driven, and at 41% ABV, strong enough to cleanly carry the stone fruit aroma.

It is distilled at Etter Söhne in Zug, a distillery that has specialized in fruit brandies for generations. For this brandy, fully ripe mirabelle plums are used, which are gently processed and distilled. In the glass, it is crystal clear.

On the nose, ripe mirabelle plums, along with a delicate hint of almond, as is typical for stone fruit brandies. On the palate, soft and balanced: A mild fruit sweetness carries the mirabelle aroma, the almond note remains subtly in the background and lingers gently in the finish.

Recommendation: neat at 14 to 16 °C in a small tulip glass, as a digestif after a meal, or with a piece of dark chocolate.
