The Kleine Pflümli is a classic fruit brandy made from the Swiss Löhr plum, bottled at 41% ABV in a handy 0.35 l format. It stands for the dry, clearly drawn side of the plum distillate.

It is distilled at Etter Söhne AG in Zug, a distillery that has been dedicated to fruit brandy for generations and is known for its cherry and plum brandies. The Löhr plum is a regional variety from Central Switzerland that gives the distillate character.

In the glass, dark, ripe plum appears, accompanied by a fine pit note that is reminiscent of marzipan and bitter almond. On the palate, the brandy feels concentrated and clean, without sweetness. The finish remains warm and dry.

Serve it neat at room temperature in a tulip glass, classically as a digestif after a hearty meal. It pairs well with nut cookies, dark chocolate, or a piece of plum cake. The small format is well-suited for sampling or as a small gift.
