The Etter Kirsche New Generation is a fruit brandy liqueur with 15% ABV that clearly puts the cherry in the center. It is uncomplicated to use and yet not arbitrary in its profile.

Behind the liqueur is the Etter Söhne AG Distillerie Zug from Switzerland, a house known for its cherry and fruit brandies. The New Generation translates this tradition into a lighter, more accessible form.

In the glass, the fruit is at the front: juicy cherry, accompanied by a fine stone note that gives the profile depth. The sweetness is soft but remains fresh and not sticky. Well-chilled, the liqueur appears at its clearest.

Recommendation: serve chilled or over ice, then the impression becomes rounder. In a long drink, it sets a clear, fruity signature. It works as a small, aromatic accent with sorbet or fresh fruit. The bottle holds 0.35 l.
