Etter Framboise is a Swiss raspberry spirit with 41% vol that relies entirely on the scent of the fruit: clear, concentrated, and dry in style.

It is distilled at Etter Söhne AG in Zug, a distillery that has specialized in fruit brandies for generations. Zug is closely linked to cherry culture and the art of distilling in Switzerland, and Etter is one of the most famous names there. Raspberry spirit requires a lot of craftsmanship because the fine aroma of the berry is easily lost during distillation.

On the nose, fresh raspberry appears with delicately floral nuances. On the palate, the brandy is dry and precise; the fruit is the focus without being sweet. The finish is long and fruity.

Recommendation: Drink it neat in small sips, slightly chilled or at room temperature in a tulip glass. It goes with vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate, or as a digestif after a meal.
