Etter Framboise is a raspberry brandy from Central Switzerland with 41% ABV – clear, fruit-forward, and dry in style. The 0.2-liter bottle comes in the Black Beauty gift packaging and is therefore also suitable as a small gift.

It is produced by Etter Söhne AG in Zug, a distillery known far beyond the region for its fruit brandies. Raspberries are considered a demanding fruit for distillation because their fine aroma is quickly lost. Accordingly, the focus here is on the fragrance.

In the nose, fresh raspberry with delicately floral nuances. On the palate, concentrated fruit without appearing sweet, with a dry, precise structure and a long finish. Recommendation: in small sips at room temperature or slightly chilled, as a digestif after a meal, with vanilla ice cream, or with dark chocolate.
