The Emil Bauer winery in Landau-Nußdorf is one of the reliable addresses in the southern Palatinate. The family cultivates their sites with a focus on accessible, characterful wines that put drinking pleasure in the foreground. The »Emilio« is their rosé cuvée — vinified from several Palatinate grape varieties, dry-aged.

In the glass, it shows the typical pale pink color of a modern, fresh rosé style. On the palate, you can expect red berry fruit — strawberry, raspberry — with a vibrant acid structure and a clean, dry finish without residual sweetness. Light-footed, without appearing thin.

The 1.5-liter magnum bottle is suitable for table gatherings, barbecue evenings, or long summer evenings on the terrace. Drinking temperature: 8–10 °C. Pairs with grilled salmon, goat cheese salad, or light pasta with tomatoes and basil.
