Conti Bossi Fedrigotti Fojaneghe Vigneti delle Dolomiti 0.75L

Fojaneghe is considered one of the pioneers of modern Italian red wine — long before the term "Supertuscan" was on everyone's lips, the house of Bossi Fedrigotti in Trentino was experimenting with international grape varieties. Today, Masi Agricola continues the legacy and vinifies this Merlot-dominant wine from the vineyards of the Dolomite foothills, where cool nights ensure freshness and structure.

A deep garnet red in the glass. On the nose, it opens with ripe blackberries, a hint of cassis, and a subtle vanilla note. Full-bodied and dense on the palate, with soft tannins that carry the body without dominating. The acidity remains present enough to give the wine tension — the finish is velvety and long.

It pairs best with braised roasts, game ragù, or a strong Pecorino stagionato. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C. Anyone opening it for a meal should feel free to decant it 30 minutes before pouring — this gives the aromas time to fully unfold.
