Château Paradis Casseuil Blanc
Château Paradis Casseuil Blanc is a dry white wine from the Bordeaux region of France, produced by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) in the northern Entre-deux-Mers near Casseuil. The wine is a blend of predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with a small percentage of Sémillon , grown on gentle hills with ideal climatic conditions.
In the glass, it displays a bright, pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and clean, with aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, pear, a touch of grapefruit or lime, plus delicate floral notes and a light, mineral character. On the palate, the Casseuil Blanc is lively, juicy, and balanced, with vibrant acidity, a light texture, and a pleasantly invigorating finish.
The alcohol content is approximately 12% ABV; the wine is ideally served at 8–10 °C. It is an excellent accompaniment to seafood, grilled fish, light summer salads, mild goat cheese, or simply as an aperitif and is designed to be enjoyed early.
