Chablis Mont de Milieu AC Chablis Premier Cru

Those looking for Chablis with tension and a clear line will find it in the Mont de Milieu: Chardonnay from one of the well-known Premier Cru sites in the northernmost part of Burgundy, vinified dry and characterized by taut freshness.

Domaine Régnard is one of the well-known names in Chablis. The Mont de Milieu is located on the right bank of the Serein, and this site stands for wines with bite and mineral drive. The 2024 vintage appears in the glass as a radiant yellow with bright reflections.

In the nose, tropical fruits, orange peel, and apricot meet fine spice and a salty, stony minerality. On the palate, the wine appears straightforward and grippy, the acidity carries clearly defined through the long finish.

Recommendation: pan-fried turbot with creamy risotto, veal chop with braised shallots and sugar snap peas, or a medium-firm cheese. Serve it at 10–12 °C, not too cold, so that the aromas can unfold.
