Three times French whisky in one box: The Bellevoye Trio from Les Bienheureux brings together Bleu, Blanc, and Rouge as 0.2-l bottles and is suitable as a sample set or gift for anyone who wants to compare the brand's range.

The three bottlings differ primarily in finish and strength. Bleu (40% vol) is balanced and fresh and serves as an introduction. Blanc (40% vol) gets its finish in Sauternes casks: dried fruit, spicy notes, and orange peel, plus a nutty aftertaste. Rouge (43% vol) matures with a red wine finish and shows blackberry, plum, roasted aromas, and vanilla on a powerful structure.

Try the three one after the other, from Bleu to Blanc to Rouge, each neat or with an ice cube. This way you can see how strongly the finish shapes fruit, spice, and body. A good occasion is a tasting round for two or with friends.
